Referral Program "Refer & Earn"  
Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Any customer who has booked our photography services is eligible to participate in the "Refer & Earn" Referral Program.
    

2. How It Works: To participate, the current customer (the "Referrer") must refer a new customer (the "Referee") to our photography services.
    

3. Reward for the Referrer: The Referrer will receive a 10% photography credit applicable to any future photography session, which will be used in their next scheduled photography session after the Referee's booking is completed.
    

4. Reward for the Referee: The Referee will receive a 10% discount on their first photography session with our services.
    

5. Redemption: The Referrer's photography credit can be used for any future photography sessions and expires after 6 months from the date of the Referee's booking. The Referee's discount will be automatically applied to their first session.
    

6. Accumulation: The Referrer can accumulate photography credits for future sessions, but the Referee's discount is valid only for the first session booked.
    

7. Restrictions: Photography sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. The 10% discount applies only to the photography session itself. Additional charges will apply for travel to other cities for photography sessions. The final price is the photography session price with a 25% discount, plus applicable taxes.
    

8. General Conditions: We reserve the right to change or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Self-referral or referrals within the same household are not permitted.
